Marshall Stark

Osteopath

BSC.Musculoskeletal Health, PGDip.Osteopathy

I have experienced osteopathy’s benefits personally in addition to witnessing family and friends receive support through osteopathic treatment. My interest in the body’s natural healing abilities and a passion for meeting new people and supporting their recovery made osteopathy a perfect fit.

In 2021, I completed a bachelor’s degree in musculoskeletal health, followed by completion of a post-graduate diploma in osteopathy in 2022 from Ara Institute of Canterbury. I treat a broad range of presentations utilizing various techniques to achieve results with patients. I plan to increase my knowledge of osteopathy’s contribution to the management of chronic pain, specifically regarding the influence of psychological factors on patients’ physical experiences.

Outside of osteopathy, I am passionate about outdoor activities including tramping, skiing, and waterskiing. I am excited to build relationships with my patients and support them in participating and returning to the activities they enjoy.

I am available on Mondays and Thursdays at Merivale Osteopathy, as well as Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Wairakei Osteopathy.

I treat patients aged 8 and above.
