We are ACC providers and can lodge your ACC claim for you. Your private insurance may also cover part or all of the cost of treatment (depending on your policy).

We accept;
If you fail to attend an appointment, or you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Appointments vary from 30 to 45 minutes.
We take $10 off for CSC card holders, and 15 years and under.
We can apply to veterans affairs to cover the cost of treatment if you’re eligible. This is approved (or declined) by VA on a case by case basis.
You may be able to get WINZ support for treatment, please speak directly to them about eligibility.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible when you can’t make your appointment, that way we have the opportunity to offer that appointment to someone else. 24 hours notice is preferrable.
We know that life isn’t always perfect and days don’t always go smoothly, but our practitioners are working to earn a living. If you don’t show up for your appointment, or cancel within 4 hours, you may be charged the cancellation fee of $50. If this happens more than once, we may charge the full cost of treatment. ACC don’t pay us if you don’t attend your appointment, so we charge the private rate, not the ACC surcharge in these circumstances.
