My journey into osteopathy began with persistent headaches, leading me to holistic care.

I enjoy treating a wide range of concerns, from headaches to sporting injuries, and working with clients spanning from paediatric to geriatric. Contributing to well-being at different life stages shapes a fulfilling professional journey.

Outside of work, I find enjoyment in wakeboarding, netball, and hiking with friends and my dog. These activities taught me the importance of bouncing back quickly from injuries, shaping not just my personal enjoyment but also fueling my passion for helping others through their recoveries.

I’m available at Halswell Osteopathy on Mondays and Wednesdays, and at Merivale Osteopathy on Tuesdays and Fridays.
