Osteopath

BSC.Musculoskeletal Health, PGDip.Osteopathy

I have always been fascinated by the human body and how it performs. Coming from a sporting background, I enjoy how osteopathy and its holistic approach can help people maintain and return to their optimal level of function. I am particularly passionate about blending hands on treatment with self management and strengthening strategies so individuals can be active partners in their own care.
I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Musculoskeletal Health followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy, which further developed my interest in rehabilitation, performance, and the broader application of osteopathic care for improving everyday function across all walks of life.

With a background in strength and conditioning, I have a strong interest in managing sports injuries for both professional and recreational athletes, as well as everyday gym goers. My treatment style tends to be structurally focused, with integration of exercise rehabilitation and performance principles where appropriate.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through sport and competition. I am also a passionate home cook after spending my early years working in hospitality, and I still appreciate a good meal and a well-chosen glass of wine!

I’m available at Merivale Osteopathy on Mondays and Thursdays, and at Halswell Osteopathy on Wednesdays and Fridays.
